Enjoying a Minimalistic Life
Minimalism is my freedom, is my sanity and my way of living, meaning that the most important thing in life is feeling good and happy from the inside more than from material things. I live always keeping I mind what's really important, stepping off the frivolous and meaningless consumerism and seeking happiness in the little things.
Minimalism doesn't need to be extreme or formed by a set of rules, minimalism is all about letting yourself go and freeing yourself from the noise and clutter that surround your day to day life and living only with the thing you really need.
There are numerous benefits from a minimalistic lifestyle but decluttering I would say is the most important one. Learn to letting go is so important because it will give you freedom and will make it easier for you to breathe without the burdens of the past weighing you down, helping you to refocus, enjoy and appreciate what's around you (being more present).
Being a minimalist means that you spend less money on stuff and therefore you will save for what's really important for you.
So, if you're thinking on following the minimalistic side of thing just ask yourself if it really matters and if not, just get ride of it!!
